Kids Attending (Under 18)
As a family/group you are responsible to bring the following for all members of your group:
*1 Gallon of drinking water per person, per day. (example: 6 people will need 12 gallons of water for our 2 day campout.)
*Breakfast, lunch, and snack supplies, including cooking surface and storage containers (grill and fuel, cooking utensils, pans, mugs, food, spices, condiments, cooking oil, cooler, ice, etc.) (provide your own breakfast for Saturday and Sunday, lunch for Saturday)
*Each group is responsible for their own accomodations, including tent, ground tarp, sleeping bags, air mattress, blankets, pillows, etc.
*Clothing, bug spray(be wary of ticks in the woods), sunscreen, water bottle, backpack, closed toe shoes, hats, wet wipes, toiletries, rain jacket, flashlight, lantern, Bible, notebook & pen, plus any other miscellaneous personal items.
*Bring your favorite board games or outdoor activities to share!
*Sign up to bring a side dish for cookout dinner on Saturday evening.
The Reach Church will provide the following:
*Water, soap, and washing stations for hands and dishes.
*Dinner, grill and charcoal, and related supplies for the evenings of Friday and Saturday. Including s'more supplies! (Please bring a marshmallow stick from home if you have one, we have a few to share)
*Porta potty and toilet paper, hand sanitizer.
*Limited electricity access.
*Large event tent. A few small shade tents.
*Additional supplies for fun activities throughout.
